My blog is moving to www.brianandemily.net...  be patient with us as we continue to work out all the details with our website, but definitely check it out!  There isn't a whole lot up yet, but Brian and I are working on that.  :) 

The thought that continues to run through my head this morning is this:

The sun is out, the sky is a beautiful blue, it is relatively warm....  it is a good day. 

The thing is that on days like today it is easy to remember that it is a good day and to rejoice and be glad,. But on those days when nothing is going according to my plan and I am grumpy and upset with those around me, it is so easy to lose sight of our awesome God and forget that those not-so-fun days are his days too and that it is still a good day... simply because of him. 

I have been officially accepted into OSU's Master's of Social Program!!!  I received my acceptance letter today although my on-line application status made me very suspicious earlier this week.  I am SO EXCITED about this.  Thank you to anyone who reads this who helped me out during the application process... you guys were amazing!  I can't believe the time has finally come when I have a concrete plan that is actually being implemented.  Wow...  an MSW is so different from what I originially went to college for (Biology Education), but I am confident in my decision to go into social work and feel God's direction and leading very strongly.
